We are currently looking at restructuring our recruitment process. Right now we have initial phone screens that last around 20-30 minutes or 30-45 minutes dependent on the role.
One thought is to shorten the initial phone screen. We are looking for feedback on what other companies do with their recruitment/interview process, the time it takes, etc.
