Server Exception error in Audit - Compensation Worksheet

Dear Experts - we have completed our annual compensation cycle.  we have multiple plans such as salary, bonus, long term incentive.  when I am trying to access "Audit" feature available in our Salary plan via Administer Worker's page, i have been getting attached server exception and then application hangs until i refresh or close browser forcefully.  Can someone please provide me the reason of this exception and how i can resolve?
