Requested feedback report

We are trying to build a report to get the requested feedback details using ‘Workforce Performance - Requested Feedback Real Time’ subject area. However, no data is being retrieved even though few employees have already requested and received feedback from different participants. I checked the security permissions too, and we do have ‘Performance Management Transaction Analysis’ duty role included in our custom role. In fact, all other Performance subject areas are working fine and we are getting data as expected.

Any pointers?
