If we are going to have both individual compensation plans (off cycle bonuses) and workforce compensation plans, where does Oracle recommend we post the data. Do we post all data to Manage Compensation page for individual? Do we make sure it shows on Compensation History page for indidvudal? Do we let the data reside in both Manage Compensation and Workforce Compensation plans and then pull it together on Total Compensation Statements or reports where needed? I'm trying to get to the ideology of how Oracle built compensation overall.
