Change cash management create accounting period

Hi

Is it possible to have Create Accounting create journals with an accounting date based on the transaction date of an external transaction rather than the bank statement line date?

Example, a bank statement line dated 31.3.20 reconciled against an external transaction dated 1.4.20 would create a journal in April 20 rather than March 20.
