Compensation element name not properly displayed in Directory

Hello experts;

when creating compensation elements I have defined both the Element Name and the Element Reporting Name (used for global grouping).

However, when I go to Directory, Compensation tab and Recurring and One-Time Payments section, I can see all the compensation history but instead to see the Element Name gained in a specific year, I can only see the Element Reporting Name without understanding the Element Name the record refers to.

Is it possible to make the Element Name visible instead of the Element Reporting Name in Directory?
