Failed on Delivery status when resending dunning letter

Hello

 

We did resend a dunning letter. However, the Delivery status is failed and we can't find any log showing why it is failed. Anyone know where can we check on what make the resend letter failed? I looked on the scheduled processes as thought there could be a process generated but there wasn't.
