Can we have anonymized results while using BestFit Analysis (Job Model vs Person)?

Summary

A client is asking if the results from Best Analysis can be anonymized for GDPR/to stamp out bias etc

We are only in design phase and I am also junior when it come to HCM implementations. 

Also another question ref Person Talent Profile:

  • can we make a a section/content type of person profile private
  • is Career Statement from the Person talent profile searchable?
