How to calculate retroactive salary correcting salary records after adjustment effective start date?

Hello folks.

I have a legal requirement that implies in salary retroactive calculation. In my case, when the collective agreement is closed, is necessary to adjust salary for all workers which is under that collective agreement. But the effective start date of this adjustment is based on collective agreement date-base, which is always before the adjustment date. Collective Agreement date-base: January 1st, Collective Agreement Closed in March 10th.

So, the adjustment will be done in March 10th with effective start date as January 1st.

In this case, is necessary to change all salary records that occurs after January 1st, assuming the salary according collective agreement adjusment.
