Hi Experts,

We have used the HDL upload functionality for few Learning Records history to be marked as 'Complete" in Learning Assignment Status for certain Active Courses. Earlier the status were able to mark as "Completed" but now with HDL upload the status is being marked as "Bypass Completed". Please advise if this is expected behavior in 20A.
