Hi, 

On the main Cloud page there are these OSN icons.
What is the number inside the icon? I understand that it is the conversations related to a Requisition or the Purchase Document, correct?
If so, how does that number decrease?
I checked the conversation and closed and did not change the value within the icon does not change.
