Hiring Managers' access to candidate's other job applications

Employees (Internal candidates) may apply for multiple positions in an organization. But, a Hiring managers on the requisitions are able to see the other position that the candidate applied for. This may result in the HM not considering the employee for that position. Is it possible to restrict HMs to not see that an internal or for that matter even an external candidate applied for different positions within the org?
