How to enable currency conversion rates in Oracle (Compensation module)

Hello experts,

we are implementing compensation module on a global scale.

Countries have different currencies, but our customer would like to find in someway in the system both local values and the same values converted into euros for each element. Is there a way to track the information in reporting or in the UI as well (for example in the view compensation history page)?.
