My customer has different dunning strategies according to customers' categories. I am thinking of using the "Strategies" Collections Method instead of "Dunning plan" to meet that requirement.
But does using strategies based on scores make irrelevant the classic dunning plan that consists in periodically sending dunning letters to the customers based on their past due invoices? Can the two be combined? Technically, on the Manage Collections Methods setup page, it's either one or the other for each set (and so per customer site).
