Spaces (WebCenter) - Host Documents

Hi all, 

We are using Spaces work area to create a portal and upload documents to it's available to users. However, users are not able to see the document until they are added to the portal as members hence it's not possible to add all employees as members hence we are looking for a way to automatically make the document available to all users (including external).
