Worker notes from performance form acknowledgement showing up in Feedback on Profile

We have Enhanced Talent Profile with 20A and are noticing that the notes that workers enter during the acknowledgement step of their performance review form are also showing up on the feedback tab of the Talent Profile. 

Is there any way to avoid this?
