Hi, I have problem with my autonomous database (ATP) - it isn't turning on since 3 day ago. 

I get messages like this:

The Autonomous Database Operation Failed Due To An Unknown Error. Refer To JobId 2f315257-13d9-4cab-89c9-bb6018ba7559 And WorkRequestId D8dca3c3-818c-4292-a8f5-0b16c5f6cc3d When Opening A Service Request At My Oracle Support.

When I tried to make a machine clone from backupe, it stopped at 10% and has been hanging for 3 days. I cannot delete this new machine.
