I created my Free Oracle Cloud subscription september 2019, but didn't have time to make actual demo delployment then.
Now I'm trying to configure Network, but deployment wizard ends to Error ;

NAT Gateway-VCN :  NAT gateway limit per VCN reached
Service Gateway-VCN :  The maximum limit of 0 for Service gateway per VCN has been exceeded in VCN ocid1.vcn.oc1.eu-frankfurt-1....

So, is VNC creation only possible within first 30 days ?
