Assigning Email Templates

As an admin, whenever an employee logs in and changes personal data, an email is triggered which notifies me of the change. I need to ensure that a new administrator at our organization also receives this email but I cannot figure out where this is done in the system. I can see that template in my System Email Templates. I thought this would be done in the Assigning Email Templates, but this not appear to be the right area. Where do I navigate to add the email address of our new administrator (and remove the email of our old admin)?
