Default learning activity time zone

Hi all,

do you know how can we default a specific time zone for learning activities (i.e. Rome)? In my case, from the user set preferences, I cannot set the time zone to Rome because it is not in the list. I can only set Belgrade. On the learning activity, I have the Rome time zone so I want to know how can I set this field to rome.
