Unable to use descriptive flexfield values in Model Job Profile

edited Mar 25, 2020 5:57PM in Career and Succession 2 comments

Summary

Any way to use a flexfield value set in a model profile and include in the Find Best Fit function?

Content

We upgraded to the enhanced talent profile and created a flexfield for our list of Majors in the Degrees person profile content section, we used this successfully to select a major from the drop down value set we uploaded.

When creating a Model Profile for a job, we found you have to add a separate flex field for the Job Profile type (even though it should be using the person profile content section you have selected to include) so we created a new flexfield and uploaded the exact same value set we used for the person profile.

Howdy, Stranger!
