Im new to Cx Space and trying to understand if it is possible to have a quotation process be set up soon after an SR is being created within the B2B service (Engagement cloud?)
typically the customer calls and lands up with an SR being created by the support agent and for any service related work/job the customer seeks a quote.
need an idea/suggestion as to which is the best place/module for the Quote to take place soon after an SR is being created.
