Has anyone piloted/presented/rolled out Fluid Recruiting to the greater Recruiting team yet?
I'm curious on those who have already introduced Fluid Recruiting to their Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team. Last year, we started piloting Fluid with "Super Users." We didn't really follow through with that after the first meeting, though, and it was hard for them to use because this was still the very early stages of Fluid.
However, now that the 20B mandatory update is quickly approaching, we have decided to roll out fluid recruiting to everyone in Talent Acquisition and to encourage them to start using it. We figured the earlier the better, it can't hurt to have them in there and get a feel for what's to come... since it's coming regardless, and now with most of the team working from home... a good opportunity to use the mobile functionality.
