Delegation - Compensation - How is works? What does it cover?

Hello,

Quick question around delegation rules set-up using the 'Compensation' category.

Which workflows does this cover, Salary Change, Individual Compensations / ICDs? 

Does it impact Workforce compensation worksheet approvals too?

 

If someone has set a delegation up, does it impact the approval routing for all approvers in the chain, or would it just swap to 'normal' approver to their 'delegated' for their section of the approval hierachy, and all others stay the same?
