Summary

Need to Know, Why "On Hold" Subscription Being Sent to RMCS?

Content

a)
Setting a subscription on hold will only temporarily put the billing on hold, but will continue to earn the
revenue as the money is still owed for the service.

b)
If you the requirement is to introduce a gap in subscription effectivity,
please consider using  the suspend/resume functionality instead of hold/remove hold.

c)
All other charges are
interfaced to RMCS immediately upon activation of the subscription. Putting
the subscription billing on hold has no effect on revenue recognition.

Howdy, Stranger!
