PBL Deprecation

Is PBL going to be deprecated for existing customers as well?Content
Hello Team
According to the metalink note (2630678.1), PBL will be will be deprecated in Release 20D and can be used until Release 20C included. We would like to know the following
1. If this makes PBL unavailable for existing customers as well
2. If this is available for existing customers, will there be a support from Oracle for existing customers who are using this.
Would appreciate if there is any feedback.
