Export and Import of Value Sets and Fast Formulas

We have quite a number of Value Sets and Fast Formulas created for our HCM extracts. Manually migrating them is not feasible option for us given the timeline. Is there a simple way to export and import them to the target environment?  I am aware that Record level fast formulas can be regenerated and compiled after importing the extract. Fast Formulas that i wanted to migrate are Extract Rule type we use at the attribute level.

Fast Formulas are of Export Rule type

Value Sets are of Table Type.
