Hello,

One of our clients has some historic entities that consider the salary as Base Salary plus some additional premiums. Currently they require to be able to see the "total salary" for the self service purpose (Employee & Line Managers) and also for the HR usual taks under the same screen. Basicly if an employee goes to Person Spotlight to be able to see: Salary Details, Additional Compensation and Total Salary. 

Same for the HR when they perform actions on the salary such as: working hours change, off cycle increase, promotions, etc., to be able to see this "total" salary under the same screen when the actions are performed.
