Hello,

It looks like an update was introduced in Oracle HCM for the answers to race. "I do not wish to provide this information", "Two or More Races" are no longer answers in Oracle HCM. We have these answers in Taleo for candidates to select for self-identification. Now, if candidates select  "I do not wish to provide this information", "Two or More Races", these answers no longer map to anything in Oracle HCM.

Are Taleo/Oracle HCM clients updating the answers in Taleo to match what is now in Oracle HCM?
