Transitions - Sending a candidate completed PDF to a user automatically

Hello,

I'm looking to create a process in transitions where when a candidate completes a form, that form is sent to a specific Taleo user.  I.e, a candidate completes a relocation repayment agreement form and a PDF is generated under system documents. I want that PDF to be automatically sent to a user once it's generated.

I found a MOS article that states it's not possible to send a user a PDF copy of the candidate filled form, and that it would be an enhancement request. I know a send correspondence can be triggered within the process, but I need the actual form.
