Hi,

In Service Request -> Parts Tab I have added the Return Broken Product SAC and Ship Repaired Product SAC and While trying to create a Sales Order for RMA Line and Shipment line we are getting an error as "You can't create the sales order because one or more items can't be priced. (RCL-5985014)".

We have defined the Item Price in Price List and we are able to create the sales order directly in Order Management module for the same customer and Item combination but from Service request we are unable to create SO.
