Hi,

I created a job offer, then through Report and Analytics I downloaded the .xml file associated with the aforementioned job offer. Therefore I created a template of the offer letter, namely a .rtf file, adding to this file the variables given by the .xml file, previously downloaded. I uploaded this template in the Recruiting content library. Therefore I created another Job offer, adding in Offer letter section, the template which I created. However when I try to display the preview of my offer letter I see all the variables correctly inserted, except for probation unit field which is empty. How can
