ODA Integration with different Social Media channel and handover to Oracle Service Cloud

Hi Team,

One of our customer requirement is to gather information from company designated social medial channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp, Line and Viber via ODA and push the information to Oracle Service Cloud. Based on the information collected from social media, different activity should be performed ( example : Incident creation)  in OSC.. Also agent and user initiated chat also part of the requirement.

Question

Can we connect to  the above mentioned social media channels via ODA using publicly available API  and push data to OSC ?
