Anyone doing anything in Oracle HCM Payroll for CARES ACT (Defer SS ER Taxes)

Want to see if there is an easier way to override the Social Security ER taxes to 0

Just wanted to find out if anyone else is taking any action in Oracle HCM Payroll for the CARES act to defer the Social Security Employer Taxes.

The CARES Act allows employers (including governmental employers who pay employer FICA tax) to defer payment of the employer share of the 6.2% Social Security payroll tax otherwise due on employee wages for the period from March 27, 2020 through December 31, 2020

ADP came up with short term solutions where we can go and claim back the taxes submitted for each check date/company.
