Hi team,
I'm hoping someone can recommend a solution or improvement to our integration with ADP WFN.
Today, if we correct a termination (example: someone has termed 4/1, then we correct it in HCM to 4/15), this new termination date does go across to ADP. However, and this is the issue: sending a new Term Date does not remove the older/earlier termination date. This means the person stays in Terminated status as of 4/1, despite us sending a new 4/15 term date.
Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix this?
Status changes (terminations) are sent to ADP using Data Bridge and sending a Change file on a nightly basis.
