Uploading Supervisor using HDL

Unable to upload supervisor using HDLContent
hi,
when ever we are trying to upload new supervisor for an employee using the HDL we get an error
"work terms and assignments for date <date> and action is missing for the AssignmentSupervisor".
Not sure if we are using the correct template. any idead where can i find the correct template for updating supervisor.
