Anyone else experience this or have a solution? We are on version 19D currently, upgrading to 20A this week. We just got the new branding template that came out in 2017 (previous admins didn't utilize it).
Everything works great except we have a few content pages in our e-offer and onboarding processes that on mobile do not appear correctly. The images are zoomed in only showing a portion and you cannot resize, zoom or move around. We have engaged Oracle Consulting Services who have checked with their developers and they have no solutions. I tried resizing the graphics and the only way it works is to make them very small so they look great on mobile...but tiny on desktop and look silly. Example attached.
