Feedback Requests opens up in Classic UI



We are in 20A and interested in using the Feedback tool. Trying to understand a few things so we can leverage the functionality better. Here are some issues i'm seeing currently and wanted to see if i can get some advise or help on the below. I've attached a document with screenshot.

1. The Feedback Requests tile still shows up in Classic UI and pulls our previous year "Participant Feedback" template that we do not want to use anymore. I believe this is where the new feedback requests (with the new Feedback Template created) should show up. How do i open this in the new UI. What are we missing? Feedback requests are showing up in notification and not in this section.
