Load Performance Rating with HDL

When i try to load performance rating with HDL i am unable to see the data in the screen

Hi Experts,

we are trying to load a performance rating data with HDL with the talentprofile.dat 

the upload was finished without any issues but we are not able to see the information in the talent rating section at the employee spotlight (when we adding this data manually we able to see the data).
