Mass enroll benefit plan to the employees.

Hi Experts,
During the time of Hire client is not capturing Employee contact info in the system, and employee is getting automatically enrolled for the benefit plan, now when employee is trying to add contacts in the system he is not able to, as there are no contact details.
Now he can manually add the contacts, in the system but cannot enroll it, Admin has to back out the employee from the life event and again Evaluate the life even for the employee to enroll the contact.
If there are 1000 employees evaluating it from back end will not make sense.
