Feedback invitations to interviewers in single mail rather than one feedback invitation per candidate?

 

At the moment while scheduling the panel interviews of 25 candidates for one position we have to log into individual candidate and schedule a call for each person resulting into-

A)Panel receives 25 emails 

Each email has got a single sheet of feedback evaluation

C) Interviewers email gets flooded, if it is an external panel it becomes difficult

Solution requested-

1 )Hence can oracle provide a feedback report or a consolidated evaluation sheet for the  candidates
