How can I modify existing seeded workflow notification template?

I have a requirement to modify existing seeded template for Workflow notification(Transfer Report). I have found the template and copied it in custom folder and now I want to modify the RTF template. My requirement is to hide and add few fields. Also, my requirement is to add a field in the notification where we get FYI and FYA notification title.

Can anybody help me to proceed with that?
