Not able to see requisitions created through Punchouts

Hello,

We have couple of punchouts. I am able to connect to supplier punchout website, add to cart and get back to oracle cloud. However I am not able to see any requisitions created. Not sure what is happening.

Greatly appreciate any help in this ASAP
