Ability to HIDE/UNHIDE Unused Mobile App icons from Expense Mobile App & Add Few Useful Features

We would like to hide few of the Fusion Expense Mobile App icons that were unsed by customers because of following reasons.

Reasons:
1. Icons that are not functioning: Approval icon on mobile app
2. Few icons are being not recommended for athenahealth because they are either not user friendly or or would lead to errors. e.g Voice Command, Calendar etc
3. Or customers simply like not to use a particular icon because that is out of scope for them.

Few non-functional icons or partically working functions creates unnessery anxiety among the user groups. Because, this is widely used module in any organization where almost every user have access to Expenses. This leads to severe user disatisfaction.
