HCM extract output - View by other user

Hi All,
We have a requirement to see the output of the HCM Extract which was submitted by some other user.
Ex: If user1 submitted HCM extract and another user want to view the same output.
As per below metalink note id we can't view other user view output.
“Fusion Global HR: “You do not have permission to access this information” for any HCM Flows which were launched by a different user (Doc ID 1947073.1)”
We can view output through Reports and Analytics. Is there any option to view output from HCM Extract?
