Assistance with Adding Req Search Fields

I am trying to figure out which Page Layout this is (see image).  When I select Requisitions, I land on this page.  My understanding is that the area to search above the List View, is the Req Mini Search but when I go to that page to configure it, the fields don't match what I see on my page.  Can anyone tell me where to go to add fields to this search area?
