We have a requirement that after hiring when a candidate is moved to Pending Worker state, Candidate need to be provided access to system to upload all necessary documents for Background Check. Candidate would be serving notice period say 1 month in previous organization and this timeline would be utilized for candidate to complete BGC process and Medical Ckeckup. Post the success of both these activities candidate would be converted to Employee.
Now in our system Email is the userid used to login to system. So when a candidate is converted to pending worker then no userid would be created as work email is empty. Work Email is generated in the organization only after the candidate becomes employee. How would we then support this requirement of allowing Pending Worker to upload required documents for BGC as part of Onboarding process?
