Two Step Submission Process Pain Point for Performance Module

edited Apr 8, 2020 9:16PM in Performance Management 3 comments

Summary

Huge pain point for managers as well as administrator to have a two step submission process for the Performance Module.

Content

Our current Performance Evaluation follows this flow:

1) Employee completes self-appraisal

2) Manager

a. Requests 360 feedback

b. Completes employee appraisal - clicks Close and Proceed (submit)

c.  Clicks "Begin" to push PA document for a final approval to next level manager

3) next level manager approves

We have an organization of over 35,000 employees that go through our Performance process. This is probably one of our BIGGEST pains to manage. A lot of managers will click "close and proceed" (submit) and think that is the last step. This causes the PA document to get stuck with them and not be pushed forward to the next level manager. We, as administrators then need to pull reports constantly to ask those managers to push the documents forward.

Howdy, Stranger!
