Issue with Goal Weights

Cannot edit goal to amend weight nor delete it.Content
Hi,
We upgraded our test instance to 20A and were testing goal management by creating goal plan and enabling goal weights as well as enbling enforce sum of goal weights to 100%.
We added weights to goals more than 100 and tried to submit for approval but received error - The total of weights of all goals included in the goal plan must be 100 may be due to enabling enforce sum of goal weights to 100%.
Now employee cannot amend goal weights in it. Neither employee is able to submit goal for approval nor is able to delete it. Can someone advise on this.
