Hello,

We have a requirement to hide Transaction Credit Memo Class in the Create Transaction Page. So, the Users can not create a Credit Memo in the Create Transaction Page.

We are trying to achieve this through Sandbox Personalization. But it is not allowing to personalize because the Properties buttons are greyed out. Please see the screenshot 

Is it possible to achieve this requirement through Personalization or is there any other option to fulfill this requirement.
